Filming Day 1 - 17th February 2015  2:00pm start

Starring- Sam Sokunbi

Location

Equipment Needed

• Video Camera
• Storyboard
• Costumes 
• Tripod
• Digital Camera

In order to make sure that we have the correct weather on the day of filming, we continually checked the weather forecast. On the planned day of filming it is predicted to be very sunny, this fits in well with our plans as we want the shots to be bright and cheery. 

Schedule 

2:00pm- Arrive at location

2:05pm- Make sure artist is in costume

2:10pm- Make sure the camera is switched on and attached to tripod if needed 

2:15-2:30pm- Film shots of artist walking towards the camera at different angles 

2:30-2:45pm- Film artist jumping of the rocks 

2:45-3:00pm- Shoot establishing shots of artist around the building

Switch Location 

This location is just opposite the other building, therefore all that is needed is to transfer the equipment over.

3:15-3:30pm- Film the artist in numerous positions lip syncing to the lyrics of the whole song 

3:30:3:35pm- Film the surroundings as we might use this in the video

3:40-3:55pm- Film the artist walking along the path at different speeds (making sure he is carrying out the discussed actions and hand gestures)

4:00pm- Using a panning shot, film round the artist in a circle. Do this a few times to make sure we have enough to edit with

4:00-4:10pm- Take more shots of the artist lip syncing to the lyrics, however at different angles as last time so we can see which ones flow better

Here is a brief outline of where we plan to position the cameras, we have done this to make the filming process quicker and so that we know what we are doing on the day of filming.



Filming Day 2 - 19th February 2015 12:00pm start

Dancer- James Brown 

Filming- Bukky Odomuso 

Directing- Marnie White

Location 

Equipment Needed

• Video Camera 
• Green Screen 
• Tripod
• Digital Camera 
• Dancers/costumes
• Storyboard
• laptop available 

These shots will be taken indoors, so the weather will not affect the shots.

Schedule 

12:00pm- Set up camera and tripod 

12:05pm- Adjust lighting on green screen and make sure the area is clear 

12:20-12:30pm- First run through of the song, dancer is performing a choreographed dance

12:30-12:40pm- Watch the shots to see if any changes need to made 

12:45-1:00pm- 2nd and 3rd run through of the song, different dance moves this time to see if they are better than the first.

1:05-1:15pm- Film the dancer lip syncing to some of the lyrics whilst dancing. 

Filming Day 3 - 20th February 2015  4:00pm start 

Dancer- James Brown 

Filming/Directing- Sam Sokunbi 

Equipment Needed 

• Video Camera 
• Tripod 
• Dancer/Costume 
• Digital Camera
• Storyboard

Location 

(School Field)

We will be filming these shots outdoors so again we will continuously checking the weather to make sure it is suitable. By what is predicted, it should be okay to go ahead with the filming as sunshine is predicted at 4:00pm.


Schedule 

4:00pm- Set up camera and tripod at the location
4:05-4:10pm- Allow the dancer a run through of the routine
4:15-4:30pm- Film the dancer straight on using a full body shot
4:30-4:45pm- 2nd run through of the song, this time filming the dancer from a different angle
4:45-4:55pm- Film the dancer lip syncing to different lyrics of the song whilst dancing



Filming Day 4 - 21st February 2015  10:00am start

Starring- Big group of people

Filming- Sam Sokunbi 

Directing- Marnie White, Carla Dawkins and Bukky Odomuso

Schedule

10:00am- Set up camera and tripod at the location 

10:00-10:15am- Run through of the shots that will filmed

10:30-10:40pm- Prepare for people to throw the powdered paint in the air

10:45:10:50pm- Film people throwing the paint in the air from all angles
